I need an escape...

I need somewhere to hide. But how do you hide from yourself?

With nothing to do, I need to find away to keep myself busy and keep my mind from wandering into the unknow. Th place filled with unaswered questions and unthinkable situations. How do you shut out these voices when it's the voice of your own? How do you separate yourself from your mind without sounding insane?
